I have been doing photography all of my life, including several with my own studio in Maine in the 1990’s. I continued photography into the digital age while enjoying a career in law enforcement here in Arizona. I retired in 2016 to return to photography full time, joined in 2018 by my assistant and partner, Paul. The name of my business comes from a play on my name and my love of the beautiful weeping willow tree. I grew up with a camera in my hands, loving magazines such as Time Life and Nat Geo which inspired me to view the world in pictures. Those photos captured powerful feelings that were priceless and deeply moving. With that in mind, I strive to create photos for my clients that will invoke joyful memories every time they see them! While I am happy to accept family and wedding clients, my life experience and work in law enforcement has inspired me to focus on women. Acceptance of our individual beautiful selves should be celebrated, not hidden, be it in a modest understated way or bold and sexy. I have worked hard to train in a variety of photo styles to accommodate all women’s personalities, all while keeping it affordable. I strive to create artwork that is completely individual to YOU. My preferred vendor list also features local female business owners in order to support women in business who will help you get ready for the shoot of your dreams. Let’s get together and create!
